LOFTZ manages a portfolio of furnished rooms across nine residences in Lisbon. We built LOFTZ around a simple idea: renting a room in a new city should be easy, transparent and comfortable.
Every room is ready to live in from day one — furnished, connected and all-inclusive — with a registered contract and a team that actually answers. We look after the buildings so our residents can focus on studying, working and enjoying Lisbon.
We host students and young professionals from across the world, and we book directly — so there are no platform fees between you and your new home.
We also work hand in hand with property owners. Many of our residences are apartments we lease or manage on owners' behalf — furnishing them, filling them with great tenants and running them day to day. It's how we grow our portfolio while giving landlords reliable, hands-off income. If you own an apartment in Lisbon, we'd love to talk.
